Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean, full payment will be required.
Reduction of Booked Hours:
Customers must notify the company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled clean if they wish to reduce their booked hours.
Payment:
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning service being carried out.
Access to Property:
If the cleaning team is unable to gain access to the property as previously agreed, full payment will be required after a 10-minute leeway period.
Cleaning Equipment:
Customers are required to provide a vacuum and mop. If the company needs to supply these, customers must inform the company in advance.
Liability and Insurance:
The company holds public liability insurance; however, it is not responsible for accidental damage unless proven to be caused by negligence.
The company is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Reporting Issues or Damages:
Customers must report any issues or damages within 12 hours of the cleaning service being carried out.
Dissatisfaction with Service:
If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the company within 12 hours of the clean being carried out.
The company will attempt to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean or a partial refund, at the company's discretion.
By booking a cleaning service with the company, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
